(“Inkify”, “we”, “us”, “our”), every order is custom-made — designed, printed, and finished according to your unique specifications. Because all products are personalized, returns are generally not possible once an item has entered production. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. 1. Our Promise We stand behind the quality of our printing. If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we’ll: • Reprint the affected items at no additional cost, or • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue. In some cases, we may also provide Inkify Store Credit for future purchases. 2.
